Chris Christie Declares "Water Emergency"
Post-storm troubles continue
Gov. Christie has signed an executive order declaring a water emergency and towns in Essex and Passaic, served by the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC), are being asked to reduce water use.
