Looking at natural disasters from oute space, not at outer space phenomenon
Russian Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov has announced plans to bolster monitoring of dangerous natural phenomena from outer space.
"I have made a decision to step up monitoring from outer space, which will allow us to detect dangerous natural processes 3-7 days beforehand," he told journalists.
