Chief Justice John Roberts is not to blame for the continued existence of ObamaCare. Responsibility lies with Democrats and President Obama, who wrote the law and jammed it through Congress, as well as the conservative movement, which focused its energy for the past year or so on one main line of attack: the idea that the ObamaCare law is unconstitutional.
