Rand Paul Endorses Kentucky's Thomas Massie

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has endorsed congressional candidate Thomas Massie, "the next Rand Paul." Reason profiled Massie, an MIT graduate, libertarian, and executive judge from North Kentucky, earlier this year.
