Americans still don't like a bully. That's one hopeful takeaway from three recent polls on issues related to health care. A majority of voters don't like a bill requiring women to have ultrasounds before they can get abortions; the individual mandate; or a requirement that religious institutions be required to provide health insurance that covers birth control. Majorities can be wrong and incoherent, writes A. Barton Hinkle, but in the above cases, they're neither.
