Kitchener, Ontario, police arrested Jessie Sansone at the school his 4-year-old daughter attends, then handcuffed him, hauled him to jail, and strip searched him. While this was going on, other officers went to his home and brought his other three children in for interviews with Family and Children's Services. It was hours before anyone explained why. It turns out the 4-year-old had drawn a picture of a gun at school. Police later released Sansone without any charges. But school officials, police and child welfare were unapologetic, saying they had to make sure she didn't have access to guns in her house.
