Steve Malfatto was ticketed for not wearing a helmet inside an Ocean City, California skate park, even though he wasn't skating. Malfatto was helping his 5-year-old-son, who was wearing a helmet, learn to skate. A traffic court commissioner found him guilty of the charge, but waived the $275 fine.
