Boston City Council member Chuck Turner was on trial for taking a bribe from a man who was trying to obtain a liquor license. His defense? His lawyer says Turner only took $200 of the $1,000 the man offered, and he really didn't do anything to help him after that. Turner was convicted, but he says he will not resign from office.
