Kami Charais says her 4- and 6-year-old children will keep selling pumpkins from their roadside stand, despite being ordered to stop by an agent of the Idaho State Tax Commission. Tax officials say they merely wanted to warn the kids they needed a state sales tax permit to sell anything.
