Former Des Moines, Iowa, police officer Maynard Richardson faced felony sexual assault charges after allegedly groping and kissing a woman against her will in his squad car. But prosecutors dropped that charge after he agreed to plead guilty to misdemeanor misconduct in office and false imprisonment. He faces up to one year in prison.
