Students at Florida's North Marion High School have long complained about someone stealing from their lockers. Finally, one of them decided to do something about it and rigged a cellphone to record the lockers. That surveillance caught teacher Steven Simmons breaking into the lockers.Simmons has been charged with grand theft and his resigned his teaching post.
