Parking Violation
Tinley Park, Illinois, Mayor Ed Zabrocki says that police officers have been overzealous in ticketing cars without municipal stickers. He says they've been ticketing cars, lots of cars, from outside the city and even outside the state, not just the cars of people who live in the city but haven't bought the required permit. But police officials say the law allows them to ticket any car without a sticker. Officials say they may change the law.
