Ben Smith says he was pulled over in Wiltshire, England and warned by a police officer to remove a St. George flag from his car. "I just thought he was joking and started to laugh, but he looked at me very seriously and said that I would have to pay a £30 on-the-spot fine if I refused," he said. Smith says the officer told him the flag was racist and could offend immigrants.
