An Indian court has issued an arrest warrant for actor Richard Gere. Gere kissed Indian actress Shilpa Shetty several times on the cheek at a New Delhi event to raise AIDS awareness. The kiss outraged some Hindu nationalists. And the judge called the kiss an obscene act in public. Gere faces up to three months in jail if convicted.
