Call It a Learning Experience
Phoenix, Arizona, police have recommended felony charges of providing material harmful to a minor against a 12-year-old girl. The girl reportedly took a cell phone from the locker of a classmate, took a photo of herself "below the waist" and sent it to others in an attempt to embarrass the other student.
