Compassion at Work
A Saudi Arabian 19-year-old woman identified only as G was kidnapped at knifepoint and raped 14 times by a group of men. When her brother found out, he beat her up for dishonoring the family. Five men were arrested a convicted for the rapes and given sentences of 10 months to five years. But the woman was also charged with being alone with a man who was not a relative. She has been convicted and sentenced to 90 lashes.
