Daniel Johns won't face criminal charges, and he is reportedly back in his Rock Hill, South Carolina, classroom. Johns was investigated by police after he allowed his second-grade class to stomp the foot of a seven-year-old boy as punishment for the boy having stomped the foot of a classmate.
