Rob Colwell, school resource officer in South Carolina's Greeneville Middle Academy, says he had already warned two students about "flipping" coins during class. So when he caught them doing it again, he arrested the 12-year-old and the 15-year-old for gambling. If convicted, they face a fine of $295.50 and 30 days in jail.
