Parental Rights Under the Gun
A 16-year-old Colorado boy has been convicted of illegal possession of a firearm after posting photographs of himself on the Internet with several guns. The conviction came despite testimony from his parents that he had permission to handle guns in their home without supervision, which is permitted by Colorado law.
