Taking the G out of GOP

Republican delegates will not be eligible for discounts on the off-Broadway play Naked Boys Singing:

The adults-only musical—starring eight naked men—was among the shows offering discounts to convention-goers though the New York City Visitors & Convention Bureau. But a few days ago, the show was dropped from the list of discounted theatrical offerings.

Martian Entertainment, the show's producer, said the Republican National Committee on Arrangements refused to offer the show's discount to delegates and "asked that the show be removed" from New York City's official tourism website.

The show's producers are singing (clothed, I assume) a mournful tune about discrimination, lack of diversity, yada yada, but I see a more disturbing angle: If the RNC can't trust its own delegates with a range of discounted entertainment options, how can it trust them to vote for Bush at the convention? I thought the Shover Robots only wanted to protect the rest of us from the terrible secret of space.
