Teddy Hawkins is looking at a 45-year prison sentence after being charged with a violent, home invasion robbery. Not the sort of guy you'd give a five-day, unsupervised release from county jail to, right? Not unless you are Fayette County, Kentucky, Circuit Judge Pamela Goodwine. She let Hawkins out of jail so he could attend the funeral of his father in Detroit. To no one's surprise but the judge's, Hawkins didn't return to jail on day five.
