Two news items as a sort of follow up to that piece on polarization from last week: The Washington Post on the proliferation of campaign "narrowcasting" as a response to media fragmentation, and The New York Times on how the reemergence of the right's beloved punching bag, Bill Clinton, is serving as a sort of rallying point for conservatives.
