Following a Cleveland TV station report that the city had paid police officers tens of thousands of dollars in overtime to chauffeur the mayor's daughter and her friends around, Mayor Jane Campbell took quick action. She barred employees at city hall from talking to WOIO Channel 19 reporters. The station has challenged the order in court.
