Trial of Terror
The Zacarias Moussaoui case continues to unfold today, with a federal appeals court trying to square Moussaoui's claims that he must have access to other accused terrorists in order to mount his defense with the government's stance that such a thing would "hold the conduct of the war [on terror] hostage."
