They could arouse them so much, he said, that it could lead to rape of molestation. The Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party is the country's largest opposition group and controls two of the nation's 13 states. In areas that it controls, it has restricted alcohol sales and segregated Muslim men and women at supermarket counters.
