Topless Meets Brainless
When security guards at the Wayne County-owned Chandler Park Family Aquatic Center in Detroit spotted Suhayla Smith prancing around wearing only the bottom to her bikini, they took immediate action. They called the police on the girl and her mother. Yes, her mother. Smith is only three. Park officials told her mother that there are adults who might get a sexual thrill out of seeing the topless toddler. But the mother told the security guards, "If there are pedophiles in your park, please harass them and leave my daughter and me alone." When police arrived, they told park officials the girl was doing nothing wrong.
