Unemployment stands at about 70 percent in Zimbabwe, and chronic food shortages have hit the nation. But Robert Mugabe, the country's president of 23 years, apparently feels he isn't getting enough credit for the good things in Zimbabwe. His government recently handed him and several top aides salary increases of almost 600 percent, or twice the rate of inflation.
