Burning the Broadcast Flag
Ten public interest groups are challenging the broadcast flag, claiming that the FCC's authority over broadcasts doesn't extend to mandating that TV makers install copy protection to operate on the broadcast signal after it's been received, absent some additional grant of power from Congress.
