What Would Errol Flynn Do?

In Scotland, shops selling swords, machetes and other non-domestic knives will be required to have a license under a law recently introduced in the legislature. Commercial sellers will be required to record all sales. The sale of swords – except to museums, historical re-enactors, fencers and the like – will be banned if the law passes as expected.
