First of all, of course the video is stupid: It's a spoof poking fun at the fear of foreign labor.Second, Forest Whitaker is an American, which is why the video shows him and then skips to a scene from one of his movies where he plays a non-American. Again, it's exaggerating the fear of foreign labor.
