When Adam Carroll
deployed to Iraq as part the Army's 101st Airborne Division, he asked his father to take care of his two dogs. Henry Carroll agreed, but he already had three dogs of his own. Cumberland County, North Carolina, officials say five dogs exceeds the legal limit. They've ordered the elder Carroll to get rid of two of the dogs.
