The Terrobonne Parish, Louisiana, sheriff's office has charged a 15-year-old boy with terrorizing and interfering with the operation of a school. The boy used a smart phone app that mimics a first person shooter game and allows the user to “shoot” anything the device is aimed at. The boy “shot” several of his classmates and posted the video online.
