Mark Forsyth was working in the British Library and wanted to check a line from “Hamlet.” However, when he tried to access an online version of the play, the library's wi-fi system blocked it because of its violent content. Library officials say they have received complaints about other sites that have been improperly blocked and are working on the issue.
