Police have charged a 10-year-old student from Virginia's Douglas MacArthur Elementary School with brandishing a weapon. The boy showed an orange-tipped toy gun to another student while riding the bus home. The next day offiicals searched the boy's bag, found the toy and called police, who took him into custody.
