A police dog got out of a vehicle in Nogales, Arizona, and attacked a 15-year-old girl while its handler was inside a local high school. The girl suffered bites and scratches. Police chief Heriberto Zuniga said the dog is trained to bite and pull. "That didn't happen. It appears in this case the dog realized the girl did not pose a threat," he said. How lucky.
