Dallas, Texas, police responded to a domestic disturbance call and found Dianne Irons and her nephew arguing. They asked Irons to step out of her home to talk to them, then arrested her for public intoxication. They held her in a drunk tank for six hours before realizing that she wasn't drunk, her speech was slurred because she of a stoke she'd had earlier. She and her nephew tried to tell cops that, but they wouldn't listen. Now, she says, she will sue the city.
