A judge in Angelina County, Texas, sentenced a mentally disabled man to 30 days in jail and a $500 fine after he was convicted of resisting arrest. Police had gone to Marco Sauceda's home after a neighbor called to report a possible burglary. Police entered the house and found Sauceda, who ran from them and locked himself in the bathroom. They pepper sprayed him, shot him with a pepper ball gun, and wrestled him to the ground.
