The assistant principal at Florida's Orange River Elementary School called the abuse hotline of the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and the Collier County sheriff's office to report a “possible sex crime” at the school. The crime? Two 12-year-old girls in a gym class were arguing about which one liked a boy better, and one of them went over and briefly kissed the boy. DCF officials and a sheriff's deputies agree that does not count as a sex crime. For now.
