Tennessee state Rep. Gary Moore (D-Joelton) wants you to call the cops if you see a vehicle with bumper stickers or window signs that offend you. Moore is the sponsor of a new state law that bans bumper stickers that are obscene or “patently offensive.” Those who break the law face a $50 fine.
