In San Jose, California, officials at Piedmont High School have banned students from wearing skirts that don't go down to at least mid-thigh. That means that when the school's cheerleaders wear their uniforms to school they will have to wear sweat pants underneath the skirts. However, come game time, the cheerleaders can wear just their uniform, officials say.
