Police in Asheville, North Carolina, arrested Antonio Hernandez Carranza and charged him with DUI, failing to heed police lights and sirens, and possession of 91 pounds of cocaine. He was released four days later after tests showed the he hadn't been drinking and that the "cocaine" was actually tortilla dough as he had claimed. His truck and dog have yet to be returned.
