Hawaiian police have arrested census taker Russell Haas for trespassing. Haas had gone to a home to ask the owner to fill out a census form. Police say the owner asked him several times to leave but Haas refused. When police arrived, they say, Haas began yelling at them that he was a federal agent. Federal prosecutors are trying to take the case away from local prosecutors.
