In England, 10-year-old Peter Drury has been placed on a "hate register" at his school after calling a classmate a "gay boy" during a spat. Schools are reportedly placing pupils as young as five on such lists if they are caught using racist or homophobic language. Once on the register, the students may be monitored for the rest of the school careers for future problems.
