Officials in at Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre in Canada are trying to figure out why a man who sat for 34 hours in the hospital's ER died without receiving any medical care. Brock Wright, the center's chief operating officer said the man had "some contact with the staff" but was never even seen by a triage nurse, much less a doctor.
