Edna Jester, 89, says she was tired of returning children's footballs after they landed in her yard. The latest time one landed there, she refused to give it back. So police in Blue Ash, Ohio, arrested her for petty theft. After the local media reported on her arrest, however, prosecutors dropped charges against her.
