Police in Rochester, New Hampshire, say they found Christopher Power sitting behind the wheel of a vehicle with its motor running. They began to investigate him for driving under the influence. That's when they found an audio recording device on the seat cushion, recording them. They charged Power with driving while intoxicated and with felony wiretapping.
