She Had It Coming
Keith Fenn could have gotten life in prison after he admitted to twice raping a 10-year-old girl in Australia. Instead, a judge sentenced him to concurrent sentences of two years and 18 months. In handing down the sentence, Judge Julian Hall noted that the girl had worn a frilly bra and thong. He also claimed the girl "looked 16."
