The funeral procession for David Franks was passing through an intersection in Laindon, England, when the light turned red. No problem. But red light cameras caught five of the funeral drivers going through the red light, and they were issued 60 pound tickets. The drivers protested, but enforcement officials refused to rescind the tickets.
