Freeport, Maine, police, two armed game wardens and a biologist walked into Cuong Ly's restaurant and seized 10 koi he'd had on display since opening nearly 15 years ago. A few years ago, it turns out, Maine outlawed koi, and Ly has now been charged with importing freshwater fish without a license. He faces fines of up to $10,000.
