Is it possible to get too much sunshine in Great Britain? The Derby City Council thinks so. It has warned schools not to schedule field trips during good weather, lest students be exposed to too much sun and develop skin cancer later on. It also recommends that teachers keep a supply on sun screen on hand. But they aren't to rub it on students. That could lead to accusations of inappropriate touching.
